Metropolis Property Research is an independent research and consultancy company established in 1997 by Andy King, who has worked in the planning, surveying and property research industry for more years than he cares to remember. Metropolis Property Research is expanding rapidly and at present has five research experts and support from three internet systems and design 'gurus'.


In the past the team has worked for The Thompson Corporation, Emap, Applied Property Research, Glenigan, Rosehaugh and Jones Lang LaSalle, but has decided that the future is in high quality 'expert' internet information systems for the property industry.
